About the Race

The Blue Cure Night Run will shine light on prostate cancer and men's health during September's National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Proceeds from the 2018 Blue Cure Night Run benefit research at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and Blue Cure’s prostate cancer education and advocacy programs.

Join the City of Houston and the Blue Cure Foundation to illuminate Downtown and shine a light on prostate cancer and men's health on Saturday, September 22nd at Sam Houston Park and finish with City Hall illuminated in blue as Blue Cure recognizes September as National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

About the Cause

Blue Cure funds research examining how lifestyle factors can improve prostate cancer outcomes and decrease incidence, and serves to empower men with critical information to make healthy lifestyle choices to prevent prostate cancer and improve outcomes for those with prostate cancer. We are the blue side of the women’s pink movement for breast cancer, but for prostate cancer!
